With several tests and improvements on the process of 5mm Round TH LED, now the luminosity intensity can reach more than 20000mcd with viewing angle of 20 degree (If=20mA) . so it is the head of the LED field.
With the process improvement of the High-power 1W LED, its luminous flux can reach 85lm, which can replace the one made by Cree and Lumileds.
With the technology improvement of the 3W High Power LED, the luminous flux is much higher. Now it can reach more than 130lm and this 3W high power leds can be manufactured normally, which makes a breakthrough in lighting field
The series of LED fence light, LED lawn light, LED underground light and LED underwater light having been developed successfully, made our products more complete.
On 30 th , April, 2006, whole scale-up on the applied led products, with around two times production capacity as last year.
On 31th, March, 2006, the expansion of the third factory in mainland of China, with higher production capacity of ultral bright leds and led displays.
From 10th, Feb, 2006, the production line, products, and packages are all compliant to the ROHS standard.
